MYTEMPLE

A Buddhist temple in your pocket.

Meditation taught by monks and nuns, interviewed and filmed around the world in their own temples and monasteries, and on location.

We have been to Finland, Nepal, India, and Sweden so far. We keep travelling all over the world, meeting Buddhist teachers, visiting temples and monasteries, and bringing back authentic teachings on meditation and Buddhist practice.

What MyTemple is

Authentic teachings on Buddhist meditation.

In MyTemple, we have actual authentic monastics. Ordained practitioners, from different Buddhist traditions, teaching in their own words and from their own lived experience.

Teachings from the source

Monks and nuns across traditions, filmed on location. We have recorded them speaking in their own original language, subtitled in English.

Filmed on location.

Every teaching is recorded on site in their temple or monastery, or on location.
